This is an excellent filled with healthy recipes I can t wait to try some of them There are a few good recipes in book I would recommend borrowing it from a library as there aren t too many new or really inspiring recipes As someone with food allergies and a id I m always looking for different approaches to food I Rozwazania o Psalmach know this is vegetarian but geez this author really doesn tnow how to eat without dairy does she She really just relies on dairy and Ignores The Plethora Of the plethora of amazing vegetarian and vegan sources of much h I have been checking out a lot of vegetarian cookbooks from the library trying to cut down on my meat consumption A lot of them are not worth mentioning and I seem to only ever copy the dessert sections This book however is by far my favorite So many of the recipes are not only tasty but they re super simple my ind of cooking style I am going to purchase this one and have been not only recommending it to friends but also making the dishes and having them try the food So far everyone is a big fan Some of my favorite recipes are the coconut lentil curry and fajita pie I want to try every single recipe in this book From this book I made the Fluffy Banana Bread Pancakes and "the Thai Peanut Soba Noodles My dad is a ca. Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing Mushroom and Wild Rice Burgers uick and Hearty Vegetarian Chili and Dark Chocolate Black Bean Brownies the results are outrageously tasty and completely vegetarian. .
